Power Yoga
For yoga practitioners searching for a yoga class that
will give them increased flexibility and a good workout, a power yoga
class is the perfect solution. Power yoga classes usually have the heat
cranked up to produce a sweat. They also involve intense physical movement.
During a power yoga class the yoga practitioner will have very little
time to rest. Movements are combined to seamlessly flow into each other.
