How does downloading lessons onto an iPod work?

Apple has a database of content that can be downloaded onto iPods. Some of the content is free and some of the content costs money. Simply download the latest version of iTunes from the Apple Internet site and then search the podcasts with the keyword yoga. Then click download and sync up the iPod with the computer.

What is the structure of a typical Hatha yoga class?

At the beginning of the class practitioners usually sit cross-legged (in Lotus pose) and take a few moments to focus on their breath. Sometimes they chant the sound of "Om" for meditation. Then, the instructor guides them through a series of poses. At the end, there is some more meditation in the form of relaxation in Lotus pose or Dead Man’s pose.

Are there any appropriate guidelines for behavior for yoga students?

Try not to come late to a class. Since yoga typically begins with meditation any late entrances can be disruptive. Also, avoid making eye contact for extended periods of time or staring at other members of the class. This may make other students feel uncomfortable. Also, if a practitioner needs to leave early he should ask the yoga instructor if this will be disruptive.
