Yoga Pants

Sweatpants or gym pants will work in a yoga classroom. When money is tight it may not be possible to purchase a new set of yoga pants. Clothing that a consumer already owns can work in a pinch.

However, if a yoga practitioner is willing to splurge, he can find yoga pants made specifically for yoga. These pants are loose fitting to allow for flexible movements. In addition, they are made from fabric designed for comfort.

Yoga pants can run the full length of the leg or come down to the thigh. They come in many different colors and can be made of synthetic or organic material. They can be purchased in athletic stores, specialty shops, or online.
